Video: God must line up and lash all of us (politicians in this country) – Kennedy Agyapong

Kennedy Agyapong, a potential presidential candidate from the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has expressed his belief that the current political leadership in Ghana has failed its citizens. He stated that many of these leaders lack vision, which is why the country is struggling to address its issues effectively.

Speaking to NPP members in Jirapa, located in the Upper West Region, Ken Agyapong emphasized that despite the abundant resources in Ghana, the political leaders have not been able to provide essential solutions. He expressed frustration at the situation, stating that God should punish all politicians for their shortcomings.

During his speech, Agyapong highlighted an example of a community in the Volta Region, Krachi, which is situated near the Volta River but lacked access to clean water. He criticized the decision to dig boreholes when a major water source was nearby, suggesting that this kind of decision-making reflects a lack of vision.

Agyapong, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, asserted that the absence of clear vision in the country's political leadership leads to exploitation by foreigners. He then appealed to the NPP delegates in Jirapa to support him as their flagbearer, claiming that he is the only candidate the people of Ghana can trust.

He further stated that he possesses the vision to bring about transformation in the country and that many disillusioned Ghanaians are ready to vote for him if he becomes the NPP's presidential candidate.
