Video: How we 'arrested,' detained a bird turned woman – Prayer warrior narrates

An unidentified woman who asserts to have been the first to spot a bird that transformed into a woman in Gomoa Mampong, Central Region, has shared details about the unfolding events and how she and other prayer warriors confronted the intruder.

During an interview with Metro TV on July 17, the woman disclosed that she was part of a prayer group that had been interceding for a victim of a spiritual attack. On the fateful day, while engaged in prayer, she received a prompting from an angel to observe a peculiar happening.

"While we were praying, I noticed something black, and an angel urged me to pay attention. I looked up and approached it with some of my fellow prayer warriors. I asked questions, but there was no response; her mouth seemed to be sealed shut," she narrated.

She continued, "I made several attempts, but still received no response. Finally, I poured water on her, and she began to speak. She confessed that she had been sent by the prominent idol in Winneba. I inquired about her mission."

According to the woman, the alleged intruder revealed that she had been hired for 50 cedis to take the life of the victim residing in the house. The woman firmly declared that the ordeal would end that day and she would not release the intruder until daybreak when a crowd could witness her presence.

The witness claimed that two birds had perched on the house, but one flew away while they confronted the woman.

Reportedly, Nana Antwi, a sub-chief of the area, instructed community members not to touch the young lady and called upon the police to address the situation. The case of the woman, who allegedly transformed from a 30-year-old bird, has been referred to the Ghana Police Service in Gomoa Okyereko.
